- Engage in meaningful dialogue about business and social issues.
- Attend 3M Open planned events that support women-owned businesses (local/national).
- Grow women's confidence on and off the golf course.
- Support local non-profits selected by the 3M Open Fund that promote the advancement and protection of women.
